All products are to be returned within 48 hours of receiving the order, and to maintain product quality and preservation, they cannot be returned afterward unless there is a problem or defect in the product.
If a defect or manufacturing error occurs in the product, it can be returned after reporting it.
Regarding cases where products cannot be returned, there are specific cases where the product cannot be returned:
- When the return request is submitted after the specified time, which is 48 hours from the date of receipt regarding the products.
- When the product has been used, or damaged, or is not in the same condition as when received, or when the security sticker has been removed.
- Consumed products that have been used or installed.
- Products that have been tampered with or have had their serial numbers removed.
- Products without price tags, labels, or original packaging.
How can I recover my money if I received a product that is not in the correct shape or damaged?
When you receive the product in a damaged condition or different from what was selected on the website, you can return the product to us in the same condition as received and in its original packaging within 48 hours of receipt.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it, and if a defect or damage is found, we will immediately start the process of refunding your money, whether it is the amount paid for the product or the amount paid for shipping and delivery.
